How I can help you

If you are feeling troubled by something whether it is a current difficulty or a concern from the past, counselling may be an option worth considering. Counselling is often referred to as a talking therapy. I offer you the chance to explore your feelings and can help you to understand and resolve stress and other difficult emotions.

I offer you a confidential service from a room set aside in my home. Typical problems I work with are:

Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Anger, Stress, Family and Relationship difficulties, Unresolved recent and past conflicts, Termination, Abortion, Miscarriage, Menopause, Loss of direction, Loss of confidence and Low self esteem, Bullying, Living with a Chronic Health condition, Domestic Violence and Work Related Issues.

I work to the British Assosciation of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) Code of Ethics and I have Public Liability Insurance.
